What is the Secretary’s Innovation Challenge?

It is an internal municipal programme for designing and implementing improvement proposals and small innovations in the operation of the Brno City Hall (hereinafter also referred to as MMB). The programme started on 1 January 2023. The Secretary’s Innovation Challenge enables employees to transmit their innovation proposals simply online (via the intranet mini-site intranet.brno.cz/inovacnivyzva) and without intermediaries to the management of the office. At the same time, it allows the best innovations to be implemented and the progress of implementation to be monitored.
