June’s URBIS The Smart Cities Meetup at the Brno Exhibition Centre brought a diverse range of smart solutions for cities and municipalities. The cooperation between national, municipal and professional levels on the conception and development of the conference programme was groundbreaking. The mix of a high-quality supporting programme with exhibition stands of startups, the National Consultation Point of CzechInvest as well as the Brno city exposition and stands of municipal companies attracted more than 3,750 visitors.
The development of urban innovation is a big issue for Brno. Therefore, directly at the stand in Hall A1, it offered visitors an interesting series of short presentations of current supported projects of the city in the form of an interview with representatives of partner organizations and the management of the municipality.
Let us remind you of the complete accompanying programme at the Brno City Exhibition.

The presentation was part of a discussion on successful pilot cooperation between municipalities and innovative companies.
URBIS was an excellent opportunity for sharing know-how, inspiration and building new partnerships that will contribute to the sustainable development of Czech cities. We look forward to the next edition!
