On Saturday, April 18, the Brno venue Clubco in Vlna will be filled with young people at the start of their professional journeys. The job fair is aimed at over a hundred participants from children’s homes, foster care, or families facing health, social, or financial challenges. The main organizer of the event is the non-profit organization Nadání a dovednosti o.p.s.
The event will provide a safe space for first contact with the working world—from conversations with company representatives to opportunities for part-time jobs or internships. The goal of the fair is to connect young people with local companies and show them that even the beginning of a career can be a chance for growth and discovering their own potential.
The Department of Strategic Development of the Brno City Hall supports selected initiatives that help disadvantaged groups enter the job market and connect with employers. The event will also present employment opportunities in public administration.
