This year, Masaryk University honored a total of thirty-six exceptionally talented PhD students for their outstanding scientific and research achievements. The award is granted to students who achieve above-standard results in their field and make a significant contribution to the development of science and research.
We take particular pride in the fact that six of the awardees are scholars of the Brno Ph.D. Talent program, which has long been implemented by the South Moravian Centre for International Mobility (JCMM) with the support of the Brno City Municipality. The program systematically supports gifted young researchers and creates conditions for their professional and personal developmeJCMMnt during the key phase of doctoral studies.
The Brno Ph.D. Talent program is not merely a financial scholarship. It represents a targeted investment in the future of science, innovation, and the competitiveness of the region. It provides scholars with the opportunity for focused research work, international collaboration, and the development of professional competencies that are essential for their further academic and professional careers.
