Business Services and Innovation Week 2025

From November 4 to 19, Brno will host the third edition of the Business Services and Innovation Week, showcasing one of the fastest-growing sectors of the Czech economy. The event is open to both professionals and the general public, including university students.

The event is organized by ABSL – the Association of Business Service Leaders in the Czech Republic. The opening conference, ABSL: New Horizons, will take place at Hotel Passage on November 4–5, featuring around 100 speakers. The program includes exclusive tours of Brno and start-up presentations.

Participants in the two-week program can look forward to lectures at Brno universities and company visits to major names such as Atlas Copco, KBC, Deutsche Telekom, Infosys, Kyndryl, Mann+Hummel, Lufthansa in Touch, and Zebra Technologies. Visitors will discover the innovations being developed in Brno — from automation and artificial intelligence to advanced data and predictive analytics, and cybersecurity threat detection. These innovations help companies ensure resilience, security, and sustainable growth in times of geopolitical and technological challenges.

The program activities can also help graduates decide to become one of the experts driving innovation in fields such as aviation, IT and telecommunications, healthcare, or banking services.

The importance of this sector in the Moravian capital is underlined by the fact that nearly one in five working-age residents in Brno is employed in business, IT, or customer services. Each year, approximately 2,000 new qualified jobs are created in more than 70 companies.

The opening conference at Hotel Passage on November 4–5 will feature around 100 speakers and is expected to attract over 450 company representatives. The program will also include exclusive Brno tours and start-up showcases. A highlight of the event will be the ABSL Diamonds Awards Gala, recognizing the top companies and professionals in business services. The gala will be held at the New Town Hall with the support of the City of Brno.
