Brno at the Jobspin Job & Relocation Fair: A Gateway for Global Talent

Business

Brno has once again become a hub for international recruitment and networking.

The City of Brno supported and participated in another edition of the Jobspin Job & Relocation Fair, which filled kongresák.space on Friday, October 17.

This event, focused on employment and integration of foreigners in the region, once again confirmed that Brno is a city where talents from all over the world can live and work comfortably.

More than 1000 participants gathered in one place – mainly highly qualified professionals and students who live in Brno or are coming here for work. Visitors could choose from 3 expert panels, 8 workshops led by 18 speakers, and explore nearly 50 booths representing companies, institutions, and non-profit organizations.

Brno presented itself not only as an attractive tourist destination, but also as a center of science, research, and innovation. In addition to job opportunities, participants were interested in the city’s strategic projects and the Brno iD portal.

Brno continues to develop its internationalization strategy and supports the integration of highly skilled foreigners through the Brno Expat Centre. The city is also involved in the TAIM (Talent Attraction and Integration Management project), which helps improve systems for attracting and integrating international talent.

Congratulations to the organizers from Jobspin (Katerina Casadei, Eliška Hošková) and the Centre for Foreigners of the South Moravian Region (Alena Krejčí Mathiasová, Iveta Kučerová, and others) for a well-prepared event.

Great atmosphere, open-minded companies, and plenty of new connections – this is how people and opportunities should come together.
